Potting compound

The MAG Encapsulating & Potting Compound is a two-part, economical, electronic or electrical grade, self-extinguishing, epoxy or polyurethane based system that provides clear, hard, scratch proof, excellent physical, chemical, and electrical protection to maintain confidentiality of used components. It helps to encapsulate and it much harder than standard encapsulating compounds. It also protects against static discharges, shocks, vibrations, and mechanical impacts. It is extremely resistant to environmental humidity, salt water, temperature fluctuations and harsh chemicals. The cured system improves reliability, operational range, and lengthens the life of electrical and electronic parts.

MAG P450R Clear, modified low viscosity resin cures at RT with hardner. When cures at elevated temperature, the low viscosity ensure deep penetration into the coils and windings. Further considerable filler loading is possible, rendering the system ideal for casting large equipment Casting of transformers, magnet coils and for topping capacitors cooler pumps. Impregnation of coils, motors, generators, casting of very large equipment etc.
MAG P520R It has high thermal conductivity. Rigid system, high impact resistance. Suitable for the components where high heat is generated.
MAG P620R Flame retardant Potting compound. It protects against static discharges, shocks, vibrations, and mechanical impacts. It insulates against heat and conductivity. It is extremely resistant to environmental humidity, salt water, and many harsh chemicals. Applicable for devices used to pot or encapsulate printed circuit assemblies in a protective block having chance of fire.
MAG SEAL Epoxy putty compound is a unique combination having excellent mechanical, electrical properties resistant to moisture heat cold inputs Useful for sealing repairing, jointing, insulating and water proofing , etc
